Samuel Olshin is responsible for a wide range of educational, religious and preservation projects. He has been responsible for design, coordination and management at two recent award winning projects: the renovations to and restoration of the former Rogers Locomotive Works for the New Jersey Community Development Corporation in Paterson, NJ, and renovations to Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church in suburban Philadelphia. Sam is responsible for many of the firm's master planning, conditions assessment, and feasibility study projects. Sam received a B.A. and Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently an assistant lecturer at Bryn Mawr College. He is a past recipient of the Philadelphia Chapter AIA Young Architect Award and a member of the Carpenter's Company of Philadelphia.
