Evan has over 14 years of architectural design, project management, and construction management experience. Prior to joining Atkin Olshin Schade Architects he was part of the prototyping team Starbucks’ initiative to build all new, company-owned stores to achieve LEED certification. As principal of IE Architecture he oversaw the award-winning Irving Gill-Morgan House historic restoration, a number of ground up custom homes and the restoration of several celebrated mid-century modern architectural landmarks of Los Angeles.
Since joining our firm he has managed the sustainable design and certification process for the LEED Silver certified Miller Campus Center at SMU-in-Taos, a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit development for Santo Domingo Pueblo, the first project in New Mexico to utilize the 2015 Enterprise Green Communities Standards, and renovations and additions to Los Poblanos.
Evan has a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture.
