Ruthie enjoys being involved in all aspects of architecture design and documentation and has worked on a variety of project types including preservation, new construction, and master planning. She is currently Project Architect for several of the firm’s preservation projects, including the Eastern State Penitentiary Visitor Center, Lehman Hall at Williams College, and the Metropolitan Opera House. The Met is being restored as 4,000 seat concert venue and is seeking Federal Historic Preservation Tax Incentives.
Ruthie graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania. Ruthie is the recipient of the Anthony Nicholas Brady Garvan Award for an Outstanding Thesis for her Master’s thesis focusing on the design of architectural reconstructions and historic sites.
