Ground Breaking for New Campus Center

Demolition of the existing amphitheater marked the start of construction for our new 55,000 sq ft Campus Center and Dining Hall at the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, CT. The new building will anchor Rockefeller Quad and will create a centralized hub on campus - bringing together student dining, social and activity spaces in one facility. The project includes three dining halls, servery, kitchen, bookstore, and the I-Lab, a dynamic, new program space for students to create, invent and collaborate. Loomis Hall, a 1913 Georgian Revival structure, will be adapted as an inviting student lounge.
