AOS Architects is named a 2024 AIA Pennsylvania EPiC Firm for the 8th time!
Atkin Olshin Schade Architects has been recognized as one of AIA Pennsylvania’s 2024 EPiC Firms Fostering Emerging Professionals. We are proud to have been a recipient of this honor 8 times since the creation of the program, making us the only firm in Philadelphia to join the Award’s 8 Year Club! The award recognizes firms for their commitment to the professional development of emerging professionals and young architects.
At AOS Architects, experienced employees act as mentors for emerging professionals to gain exposure to all aspects of the practice - design, documentation, construction, client relations. Architects and intern architects at AOS work in project teams that are formed at the inception of a project and remain with the project for its duration, enabling young practitioners to be involved in projects from programming and site planning, through construction and project close out.
Our office supports office-wide educational efforts for young architects and provides opportunities for all team members to grow professionally through site visits to completed projects and having collaborative discussions about lessons learned from the design and construction process.
