Stuart Mardeusz, AIA, LEED AP joins AOS as Director of Business Development

We are excited announce that Stuart Mardeusz has joined the AOS team as our new Director of Business Development. As Stuart arrives in this new role, we also welcome him back as a familiar face. Stuart worked as a Project Architect at AOS from 1999-2007 and helped to develop projects such as the Penn Alexander School and Fahey-McLane Hall at Dartmouth College.

Stuart is a licensed Architect and LEED Accredited Professional with over twenty-five years of experience and a strong interest in the oversight and design of site sensitive projects and urban plans which aim to strategically link program and space. Having worked in London, Rotterdam, and Philadelphia, he has gained expertise in a variety of building types, planning practices, and climate adaptation strategies. Stuart has collaborated on award winning and published residential, commercial and institutional projects throughout the US and abroad, including Europe and China.

In addition to teaching studios and seminars at the University of Pennsylvania, he has served as a guest juror and lecturer at the University of Antwerp, TU Delft, Architekturzentrum Wien, Temple, Drexel, and Jefferson University. He earned his B.A. in Design of the Environment from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from the Weitzman School of Design with a Master of Architecture and a Certificate in Urban Design.

As Director of Business Development, Stuart will work with the partners to advance initiatives that will lead to the next generation of innovative and award-winning work for our clients.
