Wa-Di Housing Featured in New Book

Our award-winning Wa-Di Housing Development is featured in a new publication on public interest design. Design With Love: At Home in America by Katie Swenson, with photography by Harry Connolly, explores the history and recent success stories of the Enterprise Rose Fellows — a program of Enterprise Community Partners. This program partners architects, landscape architects, and community-engaged artists with local community development organizations to facilitate an inclusive approach that results in sustainable, healthy, and affordable communities. Our ongoing work at Ohkay Owingeh is the direct result of one of the first Rose Fellowships, in which Jamie Blosser (a former AOS Associate, 2005-2014) was partnered with the Ohkay Owingeh Housing Authority. We were delighted to have the opportunity to collaborate with the Santo Domingo Tribal Housing Authority and Enterprise Rose Fellow, Joseph Kunkel, on the planning and design of Wa-Di, so beautifully featured in the book.
