Work Progresses on Siler Yard
Framing is nearing completion for all eight buildings of our innovative net-zero energy Siler Yard Arts + Creativity Center affordable housing project in Santa Fe. This award-winning 65-unit live-work development is geared toward artists and other members of the creative economy in Santa Fe, which is facing a dire housing shortage. The first units will be ready for leasing in Spring 2021.
