Shawn Evans leads many of the firm's historic preservation and museum projects. He has been the project manager for a variety of projects including the restoration of the Commandant's House at Fort Mifflin, the Cliveden/Upsala Master Plan, the Mainwaring Wing of the Penn Museum, and the Wesleyan University Museum. He was the primary author for Historic Structure Reports for the Penn Museum and Mother Bethel A.M.E. Church. Shawn played a leading role in the establishment of the Santa Fe office and is routinely involved with our southwestern clients. Shawn is a graduate of Texas A&M University, and received a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is the current co-chair of AIA Philadelphia's Historic Preservation Committee and is a frequent speaker on historic preservation. Shawn is a past recipient of AIA Philadelphia's Young Architect Award.
